Pricing, answered
- What counts as an AI reply?
- One reply you publish to a store. Drafts don’t count — StoreReplies drafts ahead of you so the inbox is never empty, and the quota is only consumed when you approve a reply or auto-publish sends one. Reading your inbox, regenerating a draft, and skipping a review are all free.
- How many apps can I connect?
- Unlimited, on every plan including Free. Apps are not the metered thing here — replies are. A developer with twenty small apps and a developer with one big one pay the same for the same number of published replies.
- Is there an annual plan?
- No — billing is monthly only, and there is deliberately no annual discount. You can cancel at any time from the billing page and keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- What happens when I use up my monthly replies?
- Publishing pauses until your billing period rolls over or you upgrade — both resume it automatically, with nothing to click. Review syncing pauses alongside it, so you are never charged for collecting reviews you cannot answer. Nothing already published is affected.
- Do I need a credit card to start?
- No. The Free plan needs no card: sign in with Google, connect an app with your own store credential, and start approving replies. You can also try AI replies on your app’s real public reviews from the demo page without an account at all.
- How do I pay, and can I get an invoice?
- Payments run through Stripe as merchant of record, which handles VAT and sales tax for your country and issues the invoice. Card details never touch our servers. You can update your card, download invoices, change plan or cancel from the billing page in your dashboard.
