Built around how Google Play actually works

Play Store review management, handled end to end

Replies in the reviewer’s language

A German review gets a German reply; you read and approve it in English. Drafts are on-brand, specific to the review, and editable before anything publishes.

Safe auto-publish, if you want it

Auto-publish is opt-in and guarded: only high-rated, short, high-confidence reviews qualify, and a deterministic filter blocks any reply containing links, emails, or contact handles that aren’t yours. Everything else waits for your approval.

Crash & ANR rate alerts from Play vitals

Daily crash-rate and ANR-rate snapshots, with an email the moment either spikes above your recent baseline — usually before the 1-star reviews start arriving.

Rating tracking without the Console

Daily rating snapshots with 7-day deltas, plus alerts on rating drops and negative-review bursts. See whether the release helped without opening the Play Console.

“Find my apps” discovery

Connect the service account once and StoreReplies lists every app in your Play Console reports — connect your whole portfolio in one pass, unlimited apps on every plan.

A 350-character limit you never think about

Play caps replies at 350 characters. Drafts are generated to fit, over-long ones are shortened automatically, and the editor counts down as you type.

Setup

Your credential, the official API, nothing scraped

You create a service account in your own Google Cloud project, grant it the reply-to-reviews permission in Play Console, and upload the key. We validate it live with a single API call, store it in Google Cloud Secret Manager, and the first sync starts immediately. The step-by-step walkthrough is built into the connect wizard.

FAQ

Google Play reply automation, answered

How does automatic Google Play review replying work?
StoreReplies polls your reviews through the official Google Play Developer API using a service account you create in your own Play Console. Each new review gets an AI-drafted reply in the reviewer’s language, waiting in an approval inbox. You approve (or edit) in one click and the reply is published back through the same official API — or turn on auto-publish for positive, straightforward reviews.
Is auto-replying allowed by Google Play?
Yes — replies go through reviews.reply on the Google Play Developer API, the same endpoint the Play Console itself uses. Nothing is scraped and no automation runs against the Console UI. You stay within the 350-character reply limit automatically: drafts are generated to fit, and anything longer is shortened before publishing.
Why does sync frequency matter so much on Google Play?
The Play API only exposes roughly the last seven days of reviews, so a tool that syncs rarely can miss reviews entirely. StoreReplies checks every 15 to 60 minutes depending on plan, and replying quickly is also when a reply can still change a rating — reviewers can update their star rating after you respond.
Is my Play Console service account key safe?
The JSON key is validated live when you connect, then stored in Google Cloud Secret Manager — never in our database and never in logs. Disconnecting an app destroys the stored credential. The key only needs the Reply-to-reviews permission, so it can’t touch your releases or finances.
