- How does StoreReplies answer my app reviews?
- You connect your app with your own store credential — a Play Console service account or an App Store Connect API key. Reviews sync automatically, each one arrives with an AI-drafted reply in the reviewer’s language, and you approve, edit, or regenerate from one inbox. Approved replies publish straight to the store through the official Google Play and App Store Connect APIs.
- Can it reply in the reviewer’s language?
- Yes — replies are always drafted natively in the language the review was written in, with a translation alongside so you can read what you’re approving. On the App Store, where Apple doesn’t expose the reviewer’s language, it’s detected from the text.
- Is auto-publish safe to turn on?
- Auto-publish is opt-in and only fires for high-rated, short, high-confidence reviews. A deterministic guard also blocks any reply containing links, email addresses, or contact handles that aren’t yours — it can’t be talked around, because it isn’t an AI. Everything that doesn’t qualify waits in the approval inbox.
- Does StoreReplies track crashes?
- It tracks crash and ANR rates daily from Google Play vitals and crash trends from App Store Connect analytics, and emails you when they spike above your recent baseline — with no SDK to integrate. It complements a crash reporter like Crashlytics or Sentry rather than replacing one: you get the “stability just regressed” signal, not stack traces.

- Is my store credential safe?
- Credentials are validated live when you connect, then stored in Google Cloud Secret Manager — never in our database and never in logs. Disconnecting an app destroys the stored credential, and the permissions you grant are the minimum needed to read reviews and publish replies.
