Monitoring & alerts

Know the moment your rating slips or crashes spike

StoreReplies watches your Google Play and App Store ratings, review sentiment, and crash rates every day — and emails you when something moves, usually before the 1-star reviews arrive. All from official store data, with no SDK to integrate.

Works with the same store connection that powers your review replies.

Six detectors, one email checklist

What StoreReplies watches for you

Every alert lands in your alert history, deep-links to the relevant page, and can be muted per category from a single “Email me when…” checklist — muting stops the email, never the record.

Rating drops

7-day average vs. 30-day baseline, per app, from daily snapshots of both stores. Fires at a 0.3-star slip with real rating volume behind it — noise doesn’t page you.

Negative review bursts

A sudden pile-up of 1–2 star reviews within 24 hours triggers an alert even before the average moves — the earliest signal a release went wrong.

Crash & ANR spikes

Daily crash-rate and ANR-rate readings from Play vitals and crash trends from App Store Connect. 50% above your recent baseline is an alert; double is critical.

Reviews that need a human

Billing problems, data loss, security worries, legal threats — classified while the reply is drafted and escalated to your email with the reason.

Inbox backlog digest

A daily email when unanswered reviews cross your threshold, so an inbox never silently piles up. Included on every plan.

Broken credentials

If a store credential stops working, you get an email — not a silent gap in your reviews three weeks later.

No SDK, no release

Monitoring that starts today, not next release

Crash rates, ANR rates, ratings and reviews all come from the stores' own APIs through the credential you already connected for replies. Nothing ships in your binary, nothing waits for app review, and historical baselines build from day one.

FAQ

Rating & crash alerts, answered

How does StoreReplies detect a rating drop?
Every app gets a daily rating snapshot from both stores. An alert fires when the 7-day average falls at least 0.3 stars below the 30-day baseline with enough ratings behind it to be meaningful, and a separate detector catches bursts of negative reviews within 24 hours. A 72-hour cooldown per alert type keeps one incident from becoming ten emails.
Is this a crash reporter like Crashlytics or Sentry?
No — and it doesn’t need to be in your app to work. StoreReplies reads daily crash and ANR rates from Google Play vitals and crash trends from App Store Connect analytics, then alerts when they spike above your recent baseline. There are no stack traces and no SDK to integrate; it complements a crash reporter by telling you WHEN stability regressed, straight from the data the stores themselves show your users.
Can it flag individual reviews that need my attention?
Yes. While drafting a reply, the AI classifies each review — billing complaints, data-loss reports, security concerns and so on — and a review that needs a human is escalated by email with the reason. You choose which topics email you from a checklist in Settings.
Which plans include alerts?
Automated rating-drop, negative-burst and crash-spike alerts are included on the Indie and Studio plans. Every plan, including Free, gets the daily inbox digest when unanswered reviews pile up.
